An agent will go through the document pack with your client in the comfort of their own home, carefully explaining the 'No Win No Fee' agreement and ensure all documents are signed correctly. Once complete, the pack will be sent back to you the same day by post with photo ID and Proof of Residency via email.

All documents are explained in full with relevant information being completed by the attending agent and your clients signing where necessary. All packs are returned to you by first class post the same day with a covering letter detailing any loan or credit agreement information.

Statements

If your client is required to complete a witness statement for court and they are unable to get to your offices, send the file over to us. We will have it completed and sent back to you within 24 hours of initial receipt.

Finance Agreements

Our office will book an agent to visit your client and assist with completing of applications or agreements ensuring everything is correct first time to avoid delay. By prior arrangement, these can be returned by either special delivery or standard 1st class post.
