A client meeting is confirmed the same day we receive your instruction and we aim for a maximum 3 day turnaround from the point of instruction, dependant on client availability. However in most cases you should have packs returned within 24 or 48 hours via Royal Mail. All photographic ID and Proof of Residency is returned the same day via email.
